EDUCATIONAL PATH

The Master's program is organized around several operational areas.

The training course has a one-year duration. 

The course is limited in number (minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25).

- Complexity theories

- The urban Anthropocene

- The organization of commissioning (mainly public) and identification of urban transformation companies in different European countries.

- The organization of design (functioning of large design firms and engineering companies; identification of the various types of Italian and European contracts).

- The economic management of the intervention (project financing, etc.).

- The management of the construction phase(from the management of variants during construction to safety at large construction sites, etc.).

- The management of the post-intervention (from the management of maintenance of urban interventions to the issue of possible reuses, etc.).

- The management of sustainability in its different declinations.

- The strategic management of urban project communication and marketing.

The Master's course is aimed at individuals interested in developing concrete professionalism in the field of Architectural and Urban Complexity Management and acquiring the profile of “project manager.”
