The management of the entire implementation process of an architectural and urban intervention, from conception to execution, coordinating the various skills involved in the elaboration of the “complex project” is addressed at different scales and is understood as the outcome of the application of:
_ disciplinary plurality
_ plurality of works
_ plurality of functions
_ plurality of funding sources.
The following are addressed in particular: quality integrated design, project financing, feasibility, energy certification, design and site safety, the European regulatory framework, communication strategies, and economic, social and environmental sustainability in large-scale urban and architectural operations.
