Prof Arch Maria Rosaria Guarini

Associate Professor of Appraisal and Valuation (ICAR/22) at the Department of Architecture and Design, Sapienza University of Rome, and member of the PhD Board in Architecture and Construction – Space and Society. Qualified as Full Professor (ASN 2018–2020). Architect and PhD in Documentation and Reuse of Cultural Heritage, he teaches and conducts research in national and international contexts. Member of the editorial boards of Valori e Valutazioni and Urban Science, and of the scientific committee of Hortusbooks. Author of numerous studies on economic, environmental and social valuation and on decision-making models for the management and enhancement of urban and cultural heritage.
