Roberto CutoloDenying that a master's degree is useless and does not help you grow professionally would be a great foolishness. This and other master's degrees have helped me grow, broaden my horizons and obtain great professional results, such as great works, participation in competitions with excellent results and to compete with the big names in contemporary architecture. In short, it helps you fly higher!!! What I am very proud of and surely you are too is that it was the first one I took and that paved the way for me. I would be very happy to pass on my knowledge to those who come after. Greetings Roberto Cutolo architect.

But after the master I worked as a master responsible for the Construction of Two Bridges in the city. And now I am working in the central office of the Company as a "controller" of works

Francesca RanalliThe experience of the master's degree for me was interesting especially for the workshops abroad, as it made me appreciate the mechanisms of public and private management in various countries. Through the thesis chosen by me, I was able to get in touch with several foreign faculties interested in the topic to deepen it and carry it forward and I was able to participate in a call for Erasmus plus focused on European planning, in which La Sapienza University participates. My analysis for the thesis starts from the definition of an evaluation method through interview obtained through the comparison of case studies of top-down participatory processes on the initiative of the Municipality in Spain, France, Germany and Italy. I am now applying this method through the administration of an interview on four case studies closer to a bottom-up approach because they were born from the meeting between University and citizens in Italy and Holland. The cases develop along an urban street and are compared with references such as the "social Street" born in Italy, the "Dream Street" and the "Streetforall". on this topic I am writing a journal paper with the Technical University of Delft, which is one of the most prestigious in the field, on "How participation and co-creation can change the quality of social life in urban streets". The Department I work in is Management for the building environment, so, very close to the focus of the Master.
Antonio Inglese

Participation in the 2004 International Master's Degree in "Management of Complex Architectural Projects - Management of Projet d'Architecture Complexe" was undoubtedly an important step in my career as an architect. As a freelancer, I dealt directly and on the same level with public employees and other private studios. Until then, I had always seen the public technician separated from the rest of the world by an invisible screen, with his package of regulations and, while waiting, crumpling up the project that I had created from nothing. The Master's Degree, among the many activities involving interaction with the various actors in a project, therefore allowed me to pass behind that invisible screen for a while, and to show myself as a true public technician with his anxieties and desires, but also with his desire to design, often repressed by the labyrinthine path forced to adopt to get from point A to point B as the only direction.

Aside from this rather interesting personal revelation, the level of communication has always been of great quality, with the experiences shared by Italian design studios during the course followed in Rome and by foreign studios in Paris and Hamburg. The possibility of exchanging opinions with the directors of the Valle studio in Italy rather than with the partners of the GMP studio in Hamburg was certainly one of those opportunities that do not arise every month in one's work. This, in my opinion, was the added value to a course that already started with the support and contribution of high-level professors and professionals. Finally, sharing the course for an entire year with colleagues, in the classroom, on the construction sites visited and during lunches and dinners, inevitably gave rise to esteems, which then transformed into design opportunities and professional partnerships that have become an integral part of my growth as an architect.

Today, 13 years after that experience, I run Metrostudio, a design company based in Salerno, London and Shenzhen, with about a hundred employees between the three locations. It wasn’t the Master that pushed me in this direction, but I can say that it was thanks to the Master that today I adopt strategies and paths with a much broader vision than the one I was once building. So today I also find myself on competition juries, judging established professionals, and with whom I would once have liked to work.

Elena CostantiniI am Elena Costantini and I obtained the master's degree in Complex Architecture Process Management in 2016.
Thanks to the master's degree, I moved to the United States in 2018 where I work as an architect and as an instructor of technical drawing and architectural design at the Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. (…)
The master's degree was fundamental for my education and it is mainly thanks to you that I am here now.
I thank you in advance and send you my warmest regards,
Elena Costantini

Bonsoir Nicoletta,

Giovanni D’Alessio 2017  (Salerno)“It was the most interesting moment I have experienced from a professional and human point of view with the international group of students that we were, it was a beautiful experience”

Karoline  Cozzolino

on Whatsapp she writes in 2024:

I keep thinking about how lucky I was to be able to follow his master! I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful and immersive experience. I don't deny that it was hard, but I would do it again in a hurry even 100,000 times.

Chiara Vitabile

on Whatsapp she writes in 2024:

I am very happy! Thank you always for what you taught me, it was fundamental. A beautiful year.

Gianmarco Sibilia

on Whatsapp he writes in 2024:

I often feel the need to thank her for everything she has done for me. Time passes, I work and somehow build my life. But I would still be stuck if I hadn't met Nicoletta Trasi. She managed to teach me to give rhythm to things, to think less and reflect more. I know I haven't given back enough, and I hope to be able to do something equally important for someone else soon. Thank you.

Antonio Inglese (Cina)

on Whatsapp he writes in 2024:

The Master in Complex Architecture Project Management obtained in 2005 is first and foremost a professional experience to support the relative growth within today's design complexity. The possibility of communicating through an international development model is one of the strengths of this Master, where architectural and urban planning aspects are integrated in comparison with European realities such as Paris and Hamburg. This, in relation to my experience, has allowed me to know and work on markets such as the Chinese and English ones, giving me the opportunity to create structures in the field and remotely. The Master is certainly recommended to those who have a vision that goes beyond the confines of a plan, managing to imagine a path that translates the vision into reality.

 CARLO CASTELLI

(2024)

Nicoletta. I wanted to thank you again for the enriching and intense educational and human experience! that I was able to experience with the master that you directed with singular mastery! And what meetings ... in professors ... the students ... Thank you!

FABIANA CAMBIASO

(2024)

I wanted to thank the master, the professors who followed us because I took many constructive ideas from them for my work. For me it is the fourth postgraduate degree that I take but the most interesting both for organization and content, as well as the foreign experience that offers an international vision and depth.
