Those who hold a university degree belonging to one of the following degree classes may participate in the Master's program, without age or citizenship restrictions:
- Landscape Architecture 3/S; LM-3
- Architecture and Civil engineering- Architecture 4/S; LM-4
- Civil engineering 28/S; LM-23
- Management engineering 34/S; LM-31
- Environmental engineering 38/S; LM-35
- Urban and territorial planning 54/S; LM-48
- Building system engineering LM-24
Holders of a degree obtained under the system prior to the university reform of Ministerial Decree 509/99 equivalent to one of the above classes may also access the Master's course.
Students in possession of academic degrees issued by foreign universities, previously recognized as equivalent by the Scientific Didactic Council of the Master for the sole purpose of admission to the course and/or within the framework of inter-university cooperation and mobility agreements, may also be admitted to the Master's course.
The application for admission, together with the documents required under Art. 7 of the Call for Applications, must be submitted by registered mail with return receipt or by hand delivery no later than January 31, 2026 to the following address:

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The selection interview will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Piazza Borghese 9.
Applications with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
In the case of mailed submissions, the official date of receipt by the competent Administrative Offices shall be considered valid, not the mailing date. Applicants choosing this method of submission assume all risks of late delivery.
The deadline for submitting applications for the INPS Executive scholarships, which fully cover the Master’s tuition fee and are intended for public employees, is November 18, 2025.

There are also scholarships for public employees funded by Sapienza University, called “PA 110 e lode” Scholarships, with an application deadline of January 31, 2026 (see the Master’s Call for Applications, Article 7, Paragraph 4).
These scholarships cover almost the entire tuition fee (€7.000,00 out of €7.500,00), with the remaining €500,00 payable by the student.
A scholarship of €2,000.00 (as partial coverage of the enrollment fee) is offered by AREL (https://www.arelitalia.com/), intended for a female architect or engineer holding a five-year degree, graduated no more than 10 years ago, with a final grade of at least 105/110. Those who wish to apply for this scholarship must send an email directly to the Master’s Director (nicoletta.trasi@uniroma1.it) by January 31, 2026, which is also the deadline for Master’s enrollment. After that date, the Director and a member of AREL will select the candidate based on the required qualifications, the submitted Curriculum Vitae, and the interview, which will be held for all applicants on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Faculty of Architecture, Piazza Borghese campus. The results of the AREL scholarship selection will be announced no later than Monday, February 9, 2026.
