LATE PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

A student who makes payment of the registration fee will be found to be duly matriculated and insured.

In the case of potential eligible successors in the ranking, the student who fails to finalize the matriculation to the Master's program by the deadline will be considered a dropout. Any late matriculation may take place only if authorized by the Director and only after the ranking list has been completely filled. Any delays even on payments of the second installment must be authorized in advance by the Director of the Master's program. Further unauthorized late payments may be grounds for exclusion from the course if the Director of the Master's program deems it appropriate.

In any case, failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the application of the late payment surcharge in the amount of € 65.00 for each individual installment. If payment is made after 60 days from the due date of the installment stipulated in the notice, the late payment surcharge will amount to € 130.00 for each individual installment.

After the due date of the individual installments, the student will not be able to independently print the respective payment forms from the Infostud information system, but the same must be requested, by e-mail, from the Director to the University Master's Sector and will include the late payment surcharges.

An undergraduate student who is conditionally admitted will pay the first installment (or the full fee) of registration for the Master's program only after graduating, without the charge of the surcharge.

On the second installment, however, the surcharge may be applied as a result of any late payment.

Switching and/or transferring from one Master's course to another Master's course is not permitted.
